Core systems
Inventory System
The Inventory System gives admins a real-time view of items that are currently in your warehouse.
From here you can filter by client, search by keywords, review receive statuses, and create outbound shipments using on-hand inventory.
Access & Overview
- Who can access: Admin users (and any roles you’ve granted inventory permissions to).
- What you’ll see: A table of all inventory items with key fields such as client, item name/SKU, quantity remaining, and receive status.
Tip
If you manage multiple clients, filter by client first to keep selection and shipment creation fast and accurate.
Receive Statuses
Each inventory item shows whether it has been fully received or still has units pending from its original inbound order(s).
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Fully received | All expected units for the item have arrived and been checked in. |
| Partially received | Only some of the expected units have arrived; additional units may still be inbound. |
Important
Clicking on the status, will reveal check in information logs and other important data.
Filtering & Search
Use the controls above the table to quickly find items:
- Filter by client to narrow the view to a single customer’s inventory.
- Search by any keyword — item name, SKU/ASIN, internal barcode, notes, etc.
- Combine both for precise results (e.g., “Client A” + “blue tumbler”).
Creating a Shipment from Inventory
You can build outbound shipments directly from available inventory.
Steps
- Open Inventory and (optionally) filter by client.
- Select the item rows you want to include.
- Click Actions (top-right) → Create outbound shipment.
- In the dialog:
- Enter quantities per item you want to include.
- Add a shipment name (optional) to help you and the client identify it later.
- Create the shipment.
You’ll be taken to the shipment workspace to continue the integration-specific workflow.
Selecting items
If you’re building a shipment for a single client, filter by that client first, then select the items. This avoids mixing inventory across clients.
After Shipment Creation
Once a shipment is created from inventory, you’ll proceed with the integration-specific workflow (e.g., FBA flow).
For details, see the guides for your integration in Integrations → Fulfillment Type.
